ZTECH Computers TERMS and CONDITIONS

 

ZTECH Computers TERMS AND CONDITIONS; LIMITED WARRANTY ZTECH Computers warrants its computer service to the original customer against defects in workmanship for a period of 14 days from the date of original invoice. The limited warranty described herein applies to services performed by a ZTECH Computers Tech. Warranty service may be obtained by bringing the PC to ZTECH Computers. The customer's sole and exclusive remedy for repairs made under this limited warranty is through additional service work.This limited warranty grants you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights under state law, which vary, from state to state.

 

IF THE SERVICES ARE NOT PERFORMED AS WARRANTED HEREIN, YOUR SOLE REMEDY WILL BE REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT, AT THE OPTION OF ZTECH Computers AS FURTHER PROVIDED ABOVE. IN NO EVENT WILL ZTECH Computers BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES, LOST DATA, LOST REVENUES, LOST WAGES, LOST SAVINGS, OR ANY OTHER INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM PURCHASE, ASSEMBLY OR INABILITY TO USE ANY PRODUCT AS A RESULT OF SERVICES PERFORMED. IN NO EVENT SHALL ZTECH Computers' TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, AND CAUSES OF ACTION RESULTING FROM OR ARISING IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICES, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) $100.00 AND (b) AN AMOUNT EQUAL TO THE FEES YOU HAVE BEEN CHARGED FOR THE SERVICES.

 

For issues other than due to work performed by a ZTECH Computers Tech, please refer to the original manufacturer's warranty that comes with the purchased product. This warranty does not cover original manufacturer's warranty.If materials are found to be defective, they will be serviced under the original manufacturer's warranty (if so covered). It is the responsibility of the customer to obtain warranty service through the manufacturer for any original equipment that was part of the initial product purchase.

 

ZTECH Computers strongly recommends that you back up all of the information on your computer's hard drive prior to any installation or service. You understand and agree that prior to any service performed on your computer, including any diagnostic service, it is your responsibility to make sure that your computer system has been completely backed up. ZTECH Computers is not responsible for loss of data, or information that is on your computer.

 

This limited warranty does not cover damage to any item, if in our opinion, improper customer assembly, modification, negligence, and/or improper use or abuse has caused the damage. This limited warranty also does not cover any issues or interruptions caused by problems with a third party service such as Internet Service Providers, DSL, or Cable companies.

 

I understand and agree that if any software installation is required, ZTECH Computers may act on my behalf and accept the terms of the end user license agreement (EULA).

 

I authorize ZTECH Computers to register software and hardware for me as user if doing so will facilitate my use of my computer product and such registration is related to the work order for ZTECH Computers.
